Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy 

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your space.

  • All fees or donations are due as agreed upon prior to services being rendered.

  • Cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session, retreat, or service fee.

  • Once services have been delivered, all payments are non-refundable.

Client Responsibilities & Acknowledgements 

By participating, Client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Participation is voluntary, and Client is solely responsible for their physical, mental, and emotional well-being before, during, and after any session, retreat, or gathering.

  • Client will disclose any relevant mental health or medical conditions that could affect participation.

  • Client understands that deep inner work may bring forth intense or unexpected emotions, memories, or physical responses, and agrees to seek additional professional support if needed.

This one-night journey is an invitation to return to yourself through ceremony, embodiment, and soulful connection. Guided practices, earth-honoring rituals, and intentional space holding weave together to create a transformative experience that nourishes body, heart, and spirit. A ceremony to remember your wholeness, where ritual meets reverence.

You will be held within a deeply cared for and intentionally woven field, where every detail is tended to with presence, ritual, and reverence.
